Layering With Wet N Wild Once Upon A Time

I wanted to get Wet N Wild Once Upon A Time to look like it does in the bottle. I originally tried just using it alone but the dark grey jelly base was just too streaky. Next I tried one coat of Sation Seriously Slate & got the look I was going for, still obviously a jelly base color but no streaks. Fun layering combination for Halloween!
