Zoya Dillon

Zoya Dillon is from their Awaken collection for Spring 2014.

Zoya Dillon is a minty green with golden microshimmer that is a signature of many Zoya polishes. Shown here at 3 coats, the formula is a bit tricky at first, similar to Edyta. Be careful not to go over a polished area until it dries or it will drag. Pretty easy to apply once you realize that though.

Dillon is a great color for spring that brings to mind mermaids & the sea. I'm not sure if I like it on my hands but it will look great on my toes this season!

China Glaze Cast A Spell

I won this one from Confessions of a Sarcastic Mom; thanks Destany! This is 2 coats of China Glaze Cast A Spell. It's a lovely dark pine green glass flecked polish. It's a little too dark for me though so I'll be passing this one along to a friend.

Zoya FeiFei

Here we have 3 coats of Zoya Fei Fei from their fall 2012 Diva Collection, "a medium steel blue base with heavy gold, blue and pink iridescent metallic sparkle. A truly unique sparkling iridescent blue that adds a magical look to the nails." Zoya's description is perfect; I even agree with the use of the word magical. When I started applying this one, I simply couldn't believe how pretty & complex it was. The formula is very similar to my beloved Zoya Edyta. Zoy'a made another unique & stunning polish!

Sally Hansen Arabian Night

This is three coats of the super gorgeous Sally Hansen Arabian Night that I found for .50 cents at my Dollar Tree! The formula is a bit runny and sheer but still easy to work with. Golden glass-flecked goodness! I'm still hoping to find another bottle to add to a future giveaway since this beauty is discontinued. Wish me luck for your sake.

In other news, CSN Stores has given me a great way to get a Christmas present for my awesome Dad! I've introduced you to my boyfriend, my sisters, & my dog, but my Dad hasn't made an appearance until now. CSN is giving me the chance to do a review, so I'm letting my Dad choose something for his new apartment. Maybe some home bar furniture, or a nice bookcase.

As always, thanks for reading!

Orly It's Not Rocket Science & Spiders (Real & Nail Art)

This is three coats & I might have needed a fourth. Maybe I'll layer it next time. Orly It's Not Rocket Science is definitely a new favorite polish! The first picture is in full sun and the next two in the shade.

This amazing spider set up a web right outside my back door and I had to get some pictures.

I decided to use my smART Nails spider stencils. I used Sation Midtown Haze for the spiders. It's a jelly polish so the sparkle of the base polish shows through. Cool effect!

Orly Galaxy Girl

This is 3 coats of Orly Galaxy Girl, my favorite from the Cosmic FX collection. It's a drop dead gorgeous, dark reddish purple with turquoise glass-fleck. The formula isn't the best. It's sheer yet thick, but worth the extra effort for this beauty. Galaxy Girl is darker than I normally love, but it never looks black because it's always flashing turquoise.

China Glaze Strawberry Fields

I don't own many polishes in the red/pink/orange family. I'm just not usually drawn to them. China Glaze Strawberry Fields is a major exception. I truly think this is one of the most gorgeous nail polishes ever! That golden glass-flecked sparkle sets this one above and beyond other pinks.

A Few Zoya Reds From Wicked & Wonderful Fall Collections & Nail Art

Zoya Kym is a lovely rusty red with glass-flecked, gold shimmer. This is 2 easily applied coats. Not my favorite with my skintone but a great color for fall nonetheless.

Next up we have Zoya Stacy. I think this one is gorgeous! This is 2 coats. I tried a french manicure with Zoya Cheryl.

Zoya Kristi is my new favorite red! Flawless, 2 coat application. Perfect red creme, neither to cool or too warm, just perfect! I used Zoya Kelly and my smARTnails stickers too for this manicure.

Here are my overall thoughts on both of Zoya's fall collections, Wicked & Wonderful.

Zoya Edyta

Zoya Edyta immediately jumped right into my top five favorites! It's a dark pine green loaded with glass-flecked, gold and green shimmer. Super sexy and gorgeous and I only needed ONE, easily applied coat! The formula was superb and a little strange. I felt like I was applying liquid crushed velvet to my nails! The first three pictures were taken in full sunlight and the last two in the shade. This is a must have in my opinion!!!!

China Glaze Grape Juice

I love China Glaze Grape Juice. Very unique finish & easy to apply. This is 3 coats.

How do you folks keep your nails from staining?!? I have no idea what to do about mine at this point, other than to just keep wearing dark polish and never let them see the light of day again. I don't like this option by the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
