Zoya Storm

Zoya Storm is from their Winter 2012/13 Ornate Collection. It's a black polish loaded with fine holographic particles. The formula was a bit tricky. I found that I absolutely couldn't go back over wet polish or it would drag. I ended up just kind of dabbing the first coat on. I waited about 10 minutes & then applied the second coat with no problems. Maybe my base coat wasn't dry when I started? Looked great after two coats & it's worth a bit of extra effort.
