Layering With Sally Hansen Pearl Crush

Sally Hansen's new Pearl Crush polishes are very interesting glitter toppers but a little tough to figure out so I've got lots to say about them! Here we have Sally Hansen She Sells layered over Sally Hansen Bare Hug.

Pearl Crush polishes have fairly large hexagon mylar glitters that constantly shift colors, really gorgeous glitters! She Sells also has very fine beige shimmer. It applies nicely and I didn't need to do any fishing for the large glitter. The glitters did occasionally stick to each other though creating very small stacks of 2-4 glitters. It was very easy to spot and fix with the brush (I just touched them again and then placed the glitter where I wanted it) and some people might not have noticed. I applied 2 coats mostly to make sure the shimmer didn't have any brushstrokes.

 

I really love this layering combination and think the Pearl Crush polishes are worth a look if you like unique polishes. The glitter looks like drops of water constantly catching the light which had me staring at my nails!
