Essie Downtown Brown & A Konad


Essie Downtown Brown looks like cherry cola! I really thought I would like this one more. Maybe it didn't do anything for me since it's not fall or winter right now. This is 3 coats.

I used American Apparel Poppy and Konad plate S6. Not a very successful color combination but I sure do love this design!

    I think the design really brightens up the tone of the base colour and makes it more wearable for summer.

    I'm so glad you posted on this color. I can't tell you how many times I've been standing in Target and I pick this color up and put it down and pick it up and put it down...and not just once, but it seems like every time I'm there. Now I don't think I'll pick it up cuz I don't think the color excites me...I do like the subtle konad tho. :)

    This was a rare impulse buy for me. I had just broken my first nail and happened to be right outside of an Ulta, so I checked their clearance for something to make me feel better.
