Blue Valentine's Nails

For all of you who are feeling blue about Valentine's Day this year Here's a frosty little manicure that's still in the spirit of the holiday. Very easy to achieve with dotting tools. Just add a dot & drag it to point then add your second dot & and drag it to the same point. Hearts!
I updated my Sation Suede Shoes manicure from my last post with Silver Frost hearts.
